Gilz is a hyper-contextual cybernetic video organism which traces a bizarre path through known/unknown disturbances, weaving a meta-narrative using original footage and the sampled-imagery of increasingly fractured subjective landscapes; territorial claims made at the outcroppings of an era in which post-privacy and post-internet fervor prevail. The film is scored by Berlin-based musicians Genus Inkasso and Lobster Zorn.
