A series of photographs documenting the New Year’s performances given by Erykah Badu and her band, Neda Stella, in Los Angeles (12/29/12) and in Oakland (12/31/12). The video on-stage is derived from custom live-controllable Max/MSP/Jitter + Processing patches, as well as source material and animation developed by Strangeloop, specifically for these performances.

This production is a collaboration between Teaching Machine and BaduWorld (2012).
