Archimedes [v.3]
robotic mirror array/kinetic sculpture controlled via vvvv

Archimedes was conceived of by Daedelus in collaboration with Emmanuel Biard and David Leonard. Version 3 of the structure was designed and fabricated by David Leonard in Manchester, U.K. For the occasion of Brainfeeder’s release of The Light Brigade, Mike Harrison and myself were trained in its construction and operation for the US tour schedule, which included dates in Chicago IL, Los Angeles CA, Pomona CA, Denver CO, Allston MA, Brooklyn NY, Atlanta GA, and San Francisco CA.

This production is a collaboration between Teaching Machine and Daedelus (2014).
